A premier music studio sought our expertise to craft a unique role that would merge studio management and client relations. Their aim was to optimise both internal operations and external client engagements.

The studio identified a need to intertwine studio management and client relations but required a structure to make the role appealing and effective. The challenge lay in designing a role that balanced both responsibilities and incentivised performance.
Solution
Our solution involved introducing a sales commission scheme. This scheme was structured to motivate the role-holder to maintain existing client relationships while actively seeking new clients. With this role in place, interest peaked, attracting a pool of over 500 applicants. Following a detailed and stringent selection process, we pinpointed and onboarded an individual who aligned perfectly with the studio’s requirements and vision.
